Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using any part of the arenaph platform, including the website at arenaph.co, any associated mobile applications, and all games and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and arenaph ("arenaph," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the arenaph Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. arenaph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on arenaph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of arenaph or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by arenaph or by PAGCOR.
• Your participation in online gaming must not be prohibited by any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

arenaph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned to the source payment method where technically and legally feasible.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Each player may register one (1) account only on arenaph. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

arenaph is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal and at any time arenaph deems verification necessary. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a UMID, PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license) and may include a live selfie verification. Accounts that fail KYC verification or that provide false documentation will be permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. arenaph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your login details. 4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits to arenaph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). arenaph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Deposits from third-party payment sources — i.e., funding your arenaph account using a GCash wallet or bank account registered to someone other than yourself — are strictly prohibited. Arenaph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.

arenaph does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees — consult your GCash, Maya, or bank terms for applicable charges.

All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening consistent with PAGCOR requirements. arenaph reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger AML thresholds.

5. Withdrawals

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, provided that (a) their account has passed KYC verification, (b) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold applicable to the selected payment method, and (c) no pending bonus wagering requirements remain unmet on the balance being withdrawn.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day during Philippine banking hours.

arenaph reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before approving any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the period specified by arenaph will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold or cancelled.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

arenaph may offer deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible players. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder to whom they are offered and may not be transferred.
• arenaph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.
• arenaph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where reasonable grounds exist to suspect bonus abuse.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on arenaph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers under controlled studio conditions. arenaph does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner beyond the published house edge inherent to each game type.

Each game has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by arenaph's server logs shall be conclusive. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game integrity, arenaph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the affected players.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on arenaph and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Creating, operating, or assisting in the operation of multiple accounts
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or exploit platform functions
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any transaction that violates Philippine AML laws
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to arenaph
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward arenaph staff or other players
• Accessing arenaph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

9. Account Suspension and Closure

arenaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where arenaph has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, arenaph may withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed for reasons not involving breach of these Terms will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their arenaph account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's last used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the arenaph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of arenaph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of arenaph.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, arenaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming profits, loss of data, or service interruptions. arenaph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

arenaph does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of arenaph shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through arenaph's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For disputes involving gaming regulatory matters, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures shall apply as required by arenaph's operating license.

14. Amendments to Terms

arenaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
